Public Participation and Involvement

MCM 2 - Public Participation and Involvement

The purpose of this MCM is to gain the inclusion of the community within the MS4 area on storm water pollution prevention. The City's implementation includes conducting a survey seeking knowledge from the community on their awareness and their interpretation on storm water pollution prevention. Providing opportunities for citizens to participate in program development and implementation, including effectively publicizing public hearings and/or encouraging citizen representatives on a storm water management panel.
