Make a Payment

Utility payments can now be made online or by phone. A convenience fee will be charged in addition to the bill amount. Online payments can be made at paygov.us. If you wish to pay by phone, the number is (866) 480-8552.

Utility payments may also me made at all Kendallville Campbell & Fetter Bank locations, including their drive-thru! Past due and disconnect notices must be paid at City Hall.
