Make a Payment

Utility payments can now be made online or by phone. A convenience fee will be charged in addition to the bill amount. Online payments can be made at paygov.us. If you wish to pay by phone, the number is (866) 480-8552.

Utility payments may also me made at the Lake City Bank located at 631 Professional Way in Kendallville. Things to remember:

• You can drop off inside or drive thru.
• Cash or check is accepted. However, change back will not be given.
• You must have the top part of your bill with method of payment to drop off.

Past due and disconnect notices must be paid at City Hall.
